In re O’Bannon, Soula; Perrone, Paula; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. C-5547; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “A”, Nos. 82-7661, 82-12901. Granted. Judgment of the trial court is vacated. In the absence of extraordinary circumstances (not present here) issues in litigation should be decided at trial. Case remanded for further proceedings in accordance with law. LEMMON, J., concurs.
