In re Martin, Linda B.; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CR85-975; Parish of Lafayette, 15th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 83-CR48493. Prior report: La.App., 486 So.2d 333 . Granted in part. The “without benefit” restrictions imposed on defendant’s sentence are deleted. See State v. Jackson, 480 So.2d 263 (La.1985). In all other respects the application is denied.
