In re Miller, Freddie Jr.; applying for writ of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KA 86 0400; Parish of Terrebonne, 32nd Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 154971. Prior report: La.App., 490 So.2d 1199 . Granted. The ruling of the Court of Appeal is reversed and the appeal is reinstated. Defendant made a timely oral motion for appeal.
