In re Ward, Thomas L.; applying for emergency stay order; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “I”, No. 297-030. Considering that relator has pending in the United States Supreme Court a timely filed application for rehearing of a denial of writ of certiorari, the execution date of November 7, 1986 is set aside and all proceedings are stayed until final action on that pending rehearing application by the United States Supreme Court.
