In re Calloway, Michael; applying for writ of mandamus; Parish of Terrebonne, 32nd Judicial District Court, Div.- “B”, No. 89531. Granted. The Court of Appeal is ordered to comply promptly and in every respect with the order of this Court of October 26, *192 1984, 458 So.2d 469 , which reinstated relator’s appeal. Furthermore, the Court of Appeal order of December 28,1984 dismissing relator’s appeal is reversed.
