In re Small, J. Michael — Other; applying for supervisory writs; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. K85-1184; Parish of Rapides, 9th Judicial District Court, Div. “D”, No. 209524. Granted. The portion of the record before us, as ordered transcribed by the trial judge, does not support the convictions, which are reversed; the sentences are vacated. MARCUS and WATSON, JJ., dissent but they would set aside the jail sentences. BLANCHE, J., dissents.
