WILLIAM A. CULPEPPER, Judge Pro Tern. For reasons assigned in the companion case of Durr v. Audubon Insurance Company, et al., 520 So.2d 972 (La.App. 3 Cir.1987), the judgment appealed is vacated and the case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance with law and the views expressed in Durr, supra. Costs of appeal are assigned to the appel-lees. Judgment vacated and case remanded.
