In re Dixie Truck, Inc. — Third Party; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 18599-CA; Parish of Caddo, 1st Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 321-283. Prior report: La.App., 505 So.2d 919 . Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed. The appeal is reinstated and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeal for briefing, argument and opinion on the merits. MARCUS, J., dissents from the order.
