In re McGill, Tommie; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. CA-7388; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “K”, No. 82-20165. Prior report: La.App., 514 So.2d 178 , ; *115 Denied. Although the Court of Appeal did not articulate a basis for reversing the decision of the trial court, an independent review of the record justifies this action. DENNIS and WATSON, JJ., would grant the writ.
