In re Shamburger, Jocelyn Liwanag; applying for remedial writ; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CW-87-0039; Parish of Ascension, 23rd Judicial District Court, Div. “C”, No. 36264. Granted. It is ordered that the judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed and vacated and the order of the trial court is reinstated. DENNIS and LEMMON, JJ., would grant the writ. CALOGERO, MARCUS and LEMMON, JJ., would grant rehearing.
