In re Berthelot, Oscar Paul; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. KA-6988; Parish of Plaquemines, 25th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 85-718. Prior report: La.App., 513 So.2d 1228 . Granted in part. Relator’s consecutive sentences are set aside, and the ten-year sentences are reimposed to be served concurrently. Otherwise, the application is denied. CALOGERO and COLE, JJ., would deny the writ.
