In re Stanley, Frederick; applying for remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “F”, No. 276-457. Granted. Relator’s 1976 burglary conviction in Section F, used to multiple bill relator in No. 292-055 G, is vacated and set aside for the reasons set forth in this court’s opinion in State v. Bergeron, 871 So.2d 1309 (La.1979).
