In re Turner, Tyrone; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. KW-8498; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “B”, No. 269-124. The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a motion he filed for production of documents. If relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the application.
