In re Lee, Adolph F.; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “B”, No. 255-150. The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on an application for a writ of habeas corpus and motion to recuse he filed on August 6, 1987. If relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the application and motion.
