In re Brumfield, Victor; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “I”, No. 254-415. Granted and remanded. The district court is to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the issue of whether the 1976 guilty plea in 254-415 was voluntarily and intelligently entered by relator. State v. Warren, 402 So.2d 662 (La.1981).
