In re Clavo, Elora; applying for writ of certiorari and supervisory writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “I”, No. 318-957; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. KW-7941. Granted. Rulings of the lower courts are reversed. Defendant is entitled to a pre-trial ruling on constitutionality and admissibility of the prior convictions for purposes of the present case. LEMMON, J., dissents from the order.
