In re Stokes, Daniel Shaw Jr.; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 18992-KW; Parish of DeSoto, 11th Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 59952. Prior report: La.App., 511 So.2d 1317 . Denied. Affidavit was sufficient to establish probable cause. We do not necessarily agree with Court of Appeal’s treatment of the open fields doctrine. MARCUS and COLE, JJ., concur in the denial.
