In re Jenkins, Kenneth Ray; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, prohi *1170 bition, mandamus, supervisory and remedial writs; Parish of Washington, 22th Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 41497; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW87 1287. Granted. Ruling of trial judge granting a new trial is reversed. Case remanded to the district court with instructions to the trial judge to rule on the motion for post verdict judgment of acquittal.
