GUIDRY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in' the companion matter entitled Roy Hryhorchuk versus Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, et al., 390 So.2d 497 , our docket number 8733, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at appellants’ cost. AFFIRMED.
