STOKER, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case, Desormeaux v. Romero, 560 So.2d 658 (La.App. 3d Cir.1990), rendered herewith this date, the judgment of the *668 trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to appellant, Ronald Lauland. AFFIRMED.
