YELYERTON, Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Nugent v. Nugent, 533 So.2d 1370 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1988), the judgment *1375 of the trial court is affirmed, costs on appeal to be divided equally. AFFIRMED.
