In re Morehouse Par. Pol. Jury; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 19407-CA; Parish of Morehouse, 4th Judicial District Court, Div. “E”, No. 86142. Prior report: La.App., 521 So.2d 827 . Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed and the judgment of the district court is reinstated for the reasons given by the district judge. LEMMON, J., would simply grant the writ.
