Prior report: La.App., 522 So.2d 1328 . Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is set aside. The case is remanded to the court of appeal for reconsideration in the light of First Guaranty Bank v. Baton Rouge Petroleum Center, 529 So.2d 834 (La.1987).
