PER CURIAM. Granted. The appeal was clearly intended to seek review of the judgment which awarded $100,000 rather than the $200,000 jury verdict. The judgment of the court of appeal dismissing relator’s appeal is set aside, and the appeal is reinstated. The case is remanded to the court of appeal for decision on the merits.
