Lavergne v. Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners
Lavergne v. Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners, 539 So. 2d 656 (La. Ct. App. 1st Cir. 1989).
Opinion text
BARRY, Judge, concurring. The majority correctly concludes that R.S. 37:2410(A) is vague. I conclude the statute’s vagueness and ambiguity makes it unconstitutional. The reversal is clearly warranted whether or not the statute is unconstitutional.
