In re Green, Veronica Lewis; Green, Anthony; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CW88 1122; Parish of Ascension, 23rd Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 37520. Granted. The ruling of the court of appeal is vacated, and the judgment of the district court overruling the motion to strike is reinstated. Jones v. City of Ken-ner, 338 So.2d 606 (La.1976); Champagne v. American Southern Ins. Co., 295 So.2d 437 (La.1974).
