In re Beauchamp, Donald R.; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KA87 1061; Parish of Ascension, 23rd Judicial District Court, Div. “D”, No. 1378. Prior report: La.App., 533 So.2d 1075 . Writ granted. Defendant’s sentence is vacated. The case is remanded to the district court for appointment of a sanity commission prior to resentencing. La.C.Cr.P. art. 42. State v. Henson, 351 So.2d 1169 (La.1977). Otherwise denied.
