In re Carter, Clyde; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “G”, Nos. 191267, 191998. Denied. The record shows that relator appeared before a magistrate on the day of his arrest and that the court then found probable cause at a preliminary examination conducted on December 29, 1987. State v. Wallace, 392 So.2d 410 (La.1980).
