In re Gipson, Bryan; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “I”, No. 303-794; Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. KW-7863. Granted. The district court is ordered to appoint counsel for relator and conduct an evidentiary hearing to determine if relator justifiably believed he would be given a 5 year sentence in exchange for his guilty plea. See, State v. Dixon, 449 So.2d 463 (La.1984).
