Motion to dismiss is denied. Writ application is granted in part and denied in part. The 1956 and 1961 convictions in 40,277, 52,107 and 52,209 are constitutionally infirm, violating relator’s right to counsel. Otherwise the application is denied. WATSON, J., recused.
