In re Johnston, Joseph; — Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of mandamus, supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Terre-bonne, 32nd Judicial District Court, Div. “B.” Denied. Moot. In March, the district court denied a habeas petition challenging relator’s custody in the Houma City Jail in April, 1986. There is no record in the district court of a subsequently filed habe-as petition mounting such a challenge.
