DOMENGEAUX, Chief Judge. For the reasons assigned in No. 89-164, Bertrand v. Kratzer’s Country Mart, 563 So.2d 1302 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1990), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. AFFIRMED.
