Prior report: La.App., 542 So.2d 218 . Denied. In addition the application by Thomas Hogan, Jr. contained insulting criticism of the Court of Appeal in violation of Rule 7, § 7 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Louisiana and he is therefore rebuked.
