In re Ouachita National Bank/Monroe; —Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of certiora-ri and/or review, supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Ouachita, 4th Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 88-3110; to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 20959-CW. Granted in part; denied in part. The trial court is reversed on the motion to strike the jury trial and said motion is granted. Writs are denied from the ruling on the motion for summary judgment. Expedited trial on the merits is ordered.
