In re Sprinkle, Jimmy; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “C”, No. 319-198; Criminal District Court, Div. “I”, No. 244-896. Granted and remanded to the district court to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the question of whether the 1974 gulty plea in 244-896-1 was voluntarily and intelligently entered by the relator. See, State v. Warren, 402 So.2d 662 (La.1981).
