Opinion text

In re Williams, Joseph, Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of mandamus, supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. “L”, No. 2-79-219. The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on an application he claims he filed for post conviction relief on or about September 13, 1988. If relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the application.
