In re Harold Hebert, applying for motion to enforce order of this court dated May 26, 1989, from Criminal District Court, No. 305-829, Div. J, Parish of Orleans. Granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s order of May 26, 1989, 543 So.2d 25 , within thirty days. In addition, the district court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its letter of transmittal.
