In re Howard, Robert; — Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of mandamus, supervisory *1389 and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “F”, No. 202-256. The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a motion to correct an illegal sentence he has filed via certified mail on or about January 3, 1989. If relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the motion.
