In re Henry Rogers, applying for motion to enforce order of this court dated August 11, 1989; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. H, No. 278-434. Granted. The district court is ordered to comply with the Court’s order of August 11, 1989, 547 So.2d 374 , within 30 days. In addition, the district court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its ruling.
