In re Coleman, Fireman; — Plaintiff(s); applying for reconsideration of writ denial of September 13, 1989; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 6-89-602. Denied. Relator’s request for release pursuant to the provisions of La.C.Cr.P. art. 701 became moot when the bill of information was filed before a hearing was held on relator’s motion. See, State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La.1989).
