In re Roland Francis applying for motion to enforce order of this court dated March 22, 1990, 558 So.2d 577 , from the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 285-689; Court of Appeal Fourth Circuit, No. 89-KW-1800. Granted. The district court is ordered to comply with this Court’s order of March 22, 1990, within thirty days. In addition, the district court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its letter of transmittal.
