In re Sutton, Ronald E.; — Plaintiffs); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “D”, No. 283-115. The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a writ of mandamus requesting the price of a multi- *1133 pie offender hearing transcript he claims to have filed on or about October 20, 1989. If the relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the mandamus.
