In re Garcia-Morejon, Carlos; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of St. Tammany, 22nd Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 166170; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW89 1377. Granted. The judgment of the trial court denying the suppression of evidence is reversed. Defendant’s conviction and sentence are vacated and set aside. No probable cause.
