In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 89KW-0443; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “D”, No. 164-766. Granted. Judgment of the district court is reversed and the defendant’s sentence is reinstated. State v. Shaffer, 260 La. 605 , 257 So.2d 121 (1971) and State v. Turner, 253 La. 763 , 220 So.2d 67 (1969).
