KNOLL, Judge. For the reasons stated in the companion case of Succession of (Timmy Lee) Thomas 596 So.2d 348 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1992), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. *353 All costs of this appeal are assessed to Georgia P. Thomas. AFFIRMED.
