Prior report: La.App., 554 So.2d 753 . Granted. Judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed. The trial judge improperly granted a directed verdict in violation of La.Code Civ.P. art. 1810. The case is remanded to the district court for a new trial on the permanent injunction.
