In re Hood, James C.; — Defendants); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CA89 0077; Parish of St. Mary, 16th Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 81,417. Prior report: La.App., 556 So.2d 290 . Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and a new trial is granted. The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings. MARCUS, LEMMON and COLE, JJ., dissent from the order.
