In re Tobey, Lloyd Arthur; Tobey, Cynthia L.; — Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CA89 0630; Parish of Tangipahoa, 21st Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 64253. Prior report: La.App., 561 So.2d 1019 . Granted. The judgments of the lower courts are reversed, and the exception of no cause of action is overruled. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings. COLE, J., would grant the writ.
