In re Lodrigue, John; — Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CA88-1216; Parish of Natchitoches, 10th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 58997. Prior report: La.App., 560 So.2d 848 . Granted. The summary judgment is reversed. There is a genuine issue of material fact as to relator’s mother’s notice to the insurer of the pending suit. The case is remanded to the district court for trial on the merits.
