PER CURIAM. Rehearing granted. This Court’s previous .order is amended to provide that the *1149 trial court shall furnish relator from the mortgage funds under seizure amounts necessary to pay reasonable attorney’s fees for relator’s defense in the criminal prosecutions pending against him.
